OUR SERVICES
Console Repair
We repair PS5s, Xboxes, Nintendo Switches, and older generation consoles across Adelaide. Whether it's a broken HDMI port, controller drift, overheating, disc drive issues, or a console that simply won't turn on, we collect it, fix it, and return it fast.Console repair pricing is all-inclusive of parts and labour. Add $20 if you'd like us to collect and return it rather than dropping it in.
Popular repairs include PS5 HDMI port replacement, Xbox Series X repairs, Nintendo Switch Joy-Con drift repair, and controller troubleshooting across all major brands.
Pricing from $70 for controllers and $120 for consoles. Joy-Con drift repairs from $60 per pair.

Laptop And Computer Repair
We repair Windows laptops, desktop PCs, and Apple Macs across Metro Adelaide.
Slow computers, virus infections, failing hard drives, hardware faults, overheating, and software issues are all in our wheelhouse. Drop it in to the workshop or we'll come to you. Either way we diagnose it honestly and tell you if it isn't worth fixing.
Popular services include virus and malware removal, SSD upgrades, operating system reinstalls, hardware replacements, data backup and transfer, and general PC tune-ups.
Pricing is $120 per hour plus a flat $30 callout fee.

Scam Recovery
If you've been scammed, your bank will usually want written confirmation that your computer has been checked before they'll process a claim. We do the full security check, remove anything we find, and provide the written device clearance letter your bank is asking for.
We've prepared clearance letters for clients of Commonwealth Bank, BankSA and People's Choice Credit Union. We work with people of all ages and experience levels, and there's no judgment in it.
$120 per hour plus a flat $30 travel fee. Most assessments take one to two hours and include the check, the removal and the letter.

Business IT Support
On-site IT support for Adelaide businesses that are too small for a managed services contract but too big to run on someone's nephew. Network and hardware deployments, Microsoft 365 and Exchange, server and workstation issues, and the day to day things that stop people working.
We come to your premises. For anything substantial we scope it and quote a fixed price up front rather than running an open meter.
From $150 per hour, rounded to the nearest half hour, plus a flat $30 travel fee. Ongoing support packages are available at lower rates.

Square POS Installation and Support
Ctrl Alt Solutions are South Australia's only Square certified technicians. We provide professional Square POS installation, configuration, menu builds, staff training, printer setup, and ongoing on-site support for retail and hospitality businesses across Adelaide. When your POS goes down during a Saturday lunch rush, we're the local certified team you can actually call.
We work with cafés, restaurants, bars, retail stores, boutiques, and service businesses of all sizes across Adelaide's key hospitality and retail precincts.
Every one-off job is a flat $299 regardless of the service type, whether that's a full Square installation, a menu build, a staff training session or a troubleshooting callout. The only exception is the $99 Square Health Check.

We provide reliable on-site IT subcontracting for MSPs and IT service providers across Metro Adelaide.
Fully insured with public liability and professional indemnity coverage, NDA friendly, and experienced working as a white-label extension of your team.
From scheduled site visits and hardware rollouts to urgent callouts and remote hands support, we handle on-site work professionally and report back clearly every time.
Standard rate $150 per hour plus $40 callout. MSP partner plans reduce this to as low as $100 per hour with a $20 callout for partners committing to regular monthly hours.

Transparent Pricing
No distance charges anywhere in Metro Adelaide. Your suburb never changes the price, and repairs cost the same whether you come to us or we come to you. Travel fees and callouts are published on each service page.
Local and Honest
We're a local Adelaide business. When you call, you're talking to the people who will actually show up and do the work.
No Fix, No Fee
IIf we can't fix it, you don't pay for our labour. On-site, that's the travel fee only. On the bench, it's the $70 diagnostic, so you still get a definite answer. Applies to our own repair work, not subcontract dispatch.
We cover all of Metro Adelaide including the CBD, northern, eastern, and western suburbs. We regularly service Elizabeth, Salisbury, Mawson Lakes, Tea Tree Gully, Gawler, Norwood, Campbelltown, Burnside, Semaphore, Port Adelaide, Henley Beach, North Adelaide, Unley, and everywhere in between. Your suburb never changes what you pay. There are no distance charges anywhere in the metro area.
