All work is charged at $100 per hour, rounded to the nearest half hour, plus a $20 callout fee across Metro Adelaide. We'll always give you a time estimate before starting so you know what to expect.

We don't require them. Most of our clients just call when something comes up and that works perfectly. If your business reaches a point where regular scheduled support makes sense, we can set that up, but it's never a requirement to work with us

At a minimum, a reliable internet connection, a properly configured computer, professional email, cloud storage for your files, and basic security like multi-factor authentication. We can assess what you have, fill in the gaps, and make sure everything works together without overcomplicating things.
