Who We Are
Ctrl Alt Solutions is an Adelaide IT repair and support business, operating from a workshop at Ottoway since 2025 and built on hands-on IT work going back to 2021.
The work splits two ways. Households bring us consoles, laptops, desktops and home networks, and we help people who've been caught by a remote-access scam. Businesses use us for on-site IT support, Square POS installation and support, and white-label field services for MSPs and interstate IT providers who need someone in Adelaide. Same workshop, same people, different paperwork.
Behind that is a mix of formal IT qualifications, industry experience and a lot of self-taught depth, including board-level electronics work most repair shops send away. We're also the only operator in South Australia offering Square certified support as a service.
Too many Adelaide locals and small businesses were being overcharged for slow, impersonal service from shops that treated every job as a transaction. We believed there was a better way. Show up on time, charge fairly, fix it properly. That's still the foundation everything we do is built on.

Convenience
Our workshop is at 161A Grand Junction Road, Ottoway, with off-street parking. Drop your device in during opening hours and we'll take it from there.
If getting to us isn't practical, we collect from anywhere in metro Adelaide for a flat $20, or we can work on-site at your home or business.
Trust
The diagnostic is $70 and it comes off the repair if you go ahead. If it can't be fixed, or isn't worth fixing, we'll tell you and that's all you pay. We'd rather lose the job than take money for a machine you should be replacing.
Transparent Pricing
Every price is published on the site, job by job, so you know what you're up for before you contact us. Parts are charged at what they cost us landed. Nothing gets ordered without your say-so.

We're a local Adelaide business, not a national chain or a call centre. When you contact us you're talking to the people who will actually show up and do the work.

For businesses, we work on-site. Network and hardware deployments, IT support, and anything that has to happen in your building rather than ours.
