Drift repairs from $70. Joy-Con drift is $60 per pair on Switch 1 and $80 per pair on Switch 2.

Drift happens because the stick modules physically wear out, so cleaning one only buys you a few weeks. We replace the module, which is a permanent fix. A new controller will drift again eventually for the same reason.

Please note that the warranty covers the specific repair carried out and does not extend to new faults, unrelated issues, or damage caused after the repair including drops, liquid damage, or physical mishandling.

Plenty of customers also send their console in by DiDi or Uber courier, which usually works out around $15 each way and means you can send it whenever suits rather than waiting for us. Just let us know it's coming so we know to expect it. Anything sent by courier travels at your own risk, so pack it properly.
We don't send consoles back that way. When your repair is done we either hand it over here or drop it back ourselves, so you can see what was done and ask anything you want to ask.
