Board-level repair
Most repair shops turn these jobs away.
We work at component level, under a microscope, with hot air and proper soldering equipment, so HDMI ports, power faults, blown fuses, failed capacitors and charge circuits are repairable rather than terminal. When an HDMI port fails the manufacturer's answer is a replacement console, and a $180 repair against a $999 console saves you over $700.
If another shop has already had a go at it we'll still take a look, and consoles written off elsewhere regularly turn out to be nothing more than a blown fuse or a failed capacitor.
Not Sure whats wrong?
Diagnostic is $70 credited in full against the repair if you go ahead.
So if you don't know what's wrong, finding out costs you nothing extra.

Yes, and it's worth bringing in. Liquid damage is board-level work: cleaning the corrosion off, replacing what's been eaten through, and testing what survived. Around half the units we see come back working. The biggest factor is how quickly it gets looked at, because corrosion keeps spreading while a console sits in a cupboard, so sooner is genuinely better. The $70 diagnostic tells you exactly where yours sits before you spend anything more.
